Chicken noodle soup

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet - 300 g
Onion - 1 pc.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Celery - 1 stalk
Laurel leaf - 1 pc.
Chicken broth - 1.5 litres
Noodles (or vermicelli) - 100 g
Salt, pepper - to taste
Parsley - 2 tbsp. (fresh, finely chopped)
Preparation:

Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
In a saucepan with broth, bring to a boil, add the chicken, onion, carrot and celery cut into small pieces.
Turn down the heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the chicken is cooked.
Add the noodles and simmer for a further 10 minutes until cooked through.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and add the parsley.
Serve hot.
